Please read carefully. By placing an order with LIFESTYLE WATCHES this constitutes your agreement to the terms noted below.

Purchase Contract

​

1.All watches sold will remain the property of LIFESTYLE WATCHES until payment has been received in full.

2.LIFESTYLE WATCHES guarantees that all pre-owned watches are authentic items e.g. not fakes or copies.

3. Pre-owned watches sold from stock where a customer has not physically seen the watch will be provided with a 14 day return policy (UK only). This does not apply to watches bought in person.  Please inform LIFESTYLE WATCHES by phone or email should you wish to return a watch within 24 hours. Watches must not be worn, altered, protective stickers should be intact and overall the watch should be returned in the exact condition it was supplied in. Returned watches will be inspected by LIFESTYLE WATCHES and a refund made less the cost of the original postage. Any watch returned should be well packaged and adequately insured for any loss, damage or theft. Upon receipt LIFESTYLE WATCHES will refund or exchange via the same payment method as received.

4.When a watch has been specially ordered for a customer this will be exempt from a return unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

Pricing and Payment

​

1. The prices shown are in GBP Sterling. Payment should therefore always be made in GBP currency.

2. LIFESTYLE WATCHES reserves the right to amend the listed priced on the website. In the unlikely event of a pricing error LIFESTYLE WATCHES will not be held liable to supply a watch at the incorrect price.

3. LIFESTYLE WATCHES watches are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme This is a UK scheme for pre-owned goods. The prices advertised are NETT. Goods purchased under this arrangement have no VAT element within the prices, and therefore there is no VAT reclaimable.

4. The price of each watch includes free delivery by Royal Mail special Delivery in the UK. Watch accessories such as watch boxes, cases and winders are subject to a £8.00 delivery charge.

5. Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of goods.

6. LIFESTYLE WATCHES will accept a deposit of 10% to secure a stock item. For watches on special order this is subject to discussion.

7. Payment may be taken in the following way:

– Bank transfer (CHAPS, BACS or Faster payment)
– Cash ( in person only) up to £9000.00 due to money laundering regulations and personal safety.
– International payments should be made in GBP via a direct bank transfer.
– The payment received by LIFESTYLE WATCHES should be nett of any international bank charges.

Availability

​

1. Although LIFESTYLE WATCHES endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site this cannot be guaranteed, so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock.

Delivery

​

1. LIFESTYLE WATCHES send all watches via Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully tracked and insured), for delivery Monday to Saturday. This service is free of charge within the UK.

2. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment being made.

3. All orders successfully processed by 1pm will be given priority for next day delivery which should arrive with you prior to 1pm. (LIFESTYLE WATCHES cannot take responsibility for delivery problems with the Royal Mail)

4. All watches purchased after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday morning.

5. If you have not received an item, please call or email LIFESTYLE WATCHES so we can track the parcel and investigate it with Royal Mail.

6. LIFESTYLE WATCHES can also ship to international buyers however you will need to contact us via email for a shipping quote prior to making the purchase.

7. If you have any specific shipping requests, please contact us and LIFESTYLE WATCHES will try our best to assist you.

8. LIFESTYLE WATCHES offer a personal hand delivery service to anywhere in mainland UK. This service comes as standard for all high value pieces.
