​How Do I Place An Order?

We are happy to take orders via the cart system on our website, or through our Social Media pages and mobile phones.

Where Do We Ship To?

See our delivery policy, we ship next day, fully insured via Royal Mail and send tracking details. We also offer a hand delivered personal service to anywhere in the UK. Higher value pieces will only be hand delivered to the client.

Can I Make An Offer On A Watch?

All our watches are competitively priced, however, we are open to sensible offers on certain pieces.

Will We Extend The Warranty Of A Watch?
​
We only try to offer watches with a balance of the manufacturer's warranty, which are fully transferable to the new owner. The manufacturer's warranty follows the watch, it is not assigned to an owner. However, peace of mind is essential, so we can offer warranty on pieces, subject to separate negotiation.

Do we offer Servicing & Polishing?

We offer comprehensive full and partial servicing as well as a valet and professional polishing service, all subject to your individual needs. This is carried out by our watchmaker.

How Do I Know My Watch Is Authentic?

We carry out all the necessary authenticity checks from the previous owner, through the paperwork and most importantly the watch itself. This includes inspection by our watchmaker, to give you complete peace of mind.
