Even though mostly associated with motorsport and chronographs, TAG Heuer has long been active in the field of dive watches. In fact, the company that was still just Heuer launched its first dive watch in 1978. This latest iteration was launched to much acclaim in 2021 and has had great reviews.
 
The new 43mm stainless steel case combines a nice mixture of brushed and polished surfaces. Compared to the previous generation, the new Aquaracer has shorter and more ergonomic lugs, which is noticable on the wrist and makes for a great wearing sports watch.
 
The GMT has a blue and white bi-colour ceramic bezel insert which works as a day/night indicator for the second time zone and is both heavy-duty and eye catching. Complimented with a striking blue dial with horizontal engraved lines and contrasting yellow second and GMT hands. It has the iconic ceramic 12-sided bezel and the sapphire glass has an innovative inverted cyclops date magnifier. Inside the 43mm case beats the ever faithful Calibre 7 GMT movement giving a 50hr power reserve.
 
It comes finished with a three link brushed stainless steel bracelet.
